I just moved 25G of PC files, mostly mp3s, to my MacBook. Apple’s website for switching help was a good, but I needed a little one-on-one service due to the PC being on a network at work. No problem.
I got ahold of a rep immediately and he walked me thru in less than 5 mins; it was great. The only con was that he said it would "take all day" to download that type of data. But I suspect that he thought I was using USB vs Ethernet.
